Christmas Day 2012

Christmas morning was nice and warm for us.  Paul and I enjoyed yet another breakfast on our deck.  It is now our tradition to have veggie omelettes.

Let's eat, please...

To make less work for ourselves, all three couples purchased a COSTCO "Christmas chicken".  I cooked up a large pot of vegetables, made stuffing in the oven and carried it across to Audrey and George's condo.

A toast to friendship and many more Christmas dinners at the beach.
(Our host and hostess pulled short straws for the secondary setting!)

Christmas puddings were bought by Audrey and me at the Anglican Church Fall Sale in Bathurst and made the trip across the border.  Audrey kindly made us brown sugar sauce and a custard sauce.  What a wonderful ending to a great meal.

It was nice to share our Christmas with good friends.
