Lighthouse Point, Louisburg, Nova Scotia

While we were visiting Louisburg National Historic Site in Nova Scotia, we discovered Lighthouse Point in the town of Louisburg.  This area is wide open to the ocean and has a very nice walking trail.  The morning we were there the fog was rolling in, and out, and in, so we had the pleasure of hearing the "fog horn" wailing!

The Lighthouse Point walking trail follows along the ocean, with awesome views.

We took the time to enjoy all that was offered.

There was a bucket of walking sticks located at the beginning of the trail, which you could "borrow" to use on your walk.

If you are a nature lover, this is a wonderful place to experience.

We plan to return one day...
