Spring in the South

Although it is only 3 February, spring is already here in the south.  While we were walking at Brookgreen Gardens this week, we saw signs of spring blooms.

    Looks lovely ... looking forward to some flowers around here. In the meantime I have to take comfort knowing they're already tapping the maple trees ... hello maple syrup!

    Friends out on Vancouver Island called to let me know they have various bulbs peeking out.
