A few photos from Brookgreen Gardens this week. (The volunteers were starting to decorate the Gardens for "Nights of a Thousand Candles", a special event in December.
That's one big cornucopia! The gardens look lovely ... all that green foliage and the flowers. I love the water lilies.
Did I mention we had our first snow fall today? Hopefully it will all be melted by tomorrow so I can finish up in the garden. My appointment to get my snow tires is on Wednesday ... I'll keep my fingers crossed that it stays nice at least until then.
Amazing photos, I think I would very much enjoy Nights of a Thousand Candles. The gardens are beautiful and so green, ours in Canada are on the brown, many shades of orange and reds. This is my wordpress craft blog (for some reason I can't comment as wordpress) so I can't share my web page. I know you like seaglass http://scrapandwrap.ca/blog/
Now retired, I am enjoying the simple life in northern New Brunswick with Paul. I think my Newfoundland blood brought me back to the ocean.
I love to watch the birds at our feeders and walk the beach looking for treasures. We have become snowbirds for winter.
