Portsmouth, New Hampshire
On our return to Canada in April, Paul and I spent a couple of days in the Portsmouth New Hampshire area.  It was such a lovely area and we enjoyed exploring a little of the waterfront area of Portsmouth.
View of Portsmouth Harbour and bridge to Maine
Interesting staircase overlooking the harbour. (I would not want to use it!)
A Monument to honour fallen soldiers. (A lift bridge nearby whose center span raises to a height of 170 feet, the Memorial Bridge was dedicated in 1923 to the veterans of World War I.)
Names of the fallen soldiers at the Monument
Along the waterfront of Portsmouth
Quaintness of the town
Moran Tugboats in the harbour
